Montréal, January 08, 2014 – COGECO Inc. (TSX: CGO) and Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX: CCA) will hold
their Annual General Meetings on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at the Centre Mont-Royal
in Montréal (2200, Mansfield Street). During this time, both companies’ financial results for the first
quarter of fiscal year 2014, ended November 30, 2013, will also be disclosed. A live webcast of the
Annual General Meetings will be availa ble on Cogeco’s web site at www.cogeco.ca/investors.
A conference call for financial analysts will be held just prior to the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday,
January 14, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to discuss the companies’ financial and
operating results. Media representatives may attend as listeners only and are invited to stay on the line
to join a press briefing immediately after the call, at 10:30 a.m., or attend the press briefing in person at
the Centre Mont-Royal - Mansfield conference room. A live audio webcast of the call with financial
